I understand that the pet may have been exposed to virus’, fungal infections, parasites or other diseases. Examples of possible health concerns are (but not limited to) Feline Upper Respiratory Infection; various virus’ like Parvo virus, Rotavirus, Circovirus; Ringworm and other fungi, Kennel Cough, Eye/Ear Infections, Internal Parasites like coccidia, hook worms, round worms, tape worms, lung worms, etc; and External Parasites like sarcoptic mange. UNITED PAWS RESCUE, INC. is a rescue that takes in animals that may be harboring diseases that we are not aware of and could have exposed the existing population. *

I understand UNITED PAWS RESCUE, INC. does not and cannot guarantee the ongoing and extended health of adoptable pets but that they have worked to address all known issues prior to the adoption period or discussed existing medical conditions with the interested adopter. *

I understand that UNITED PAWS RESCUE INC reserves the right to reclaim an animal if deemed that the adopter and/or household is unfit due to negligence in proper care of the animal or if the animal is found running at large. *

If the adopted pet is found and it is returned to our care and/or animal control, it is our legal right to review the facts and situation and make a determination if the animal will be returned to either the adopter or the rescue.
