Hi! I’m Thelma, and I’m ready to find the human who will finally love me the way I’ve always dreamed of being loved. I’m about 5 years old, and I haven’t had an easy life. I was adopted as a kitten, but the people who were supposed to care for me were unkind and eventually dumped me outside. Because of that, I didn’t know much kindness… until the rescue found me. Now I’m safe, and I’m learning every day that gentle hands and soft voices can be trusted. Even after everything I’ve been through, I still LOVE people — seriously, I can’t get enough! I love talking, being petted, sunbathing in a warm window, and playing with catnip toys. If you go to the bathroom, I’m coming with you. If you go to bed, I’m sleeping right on your chest. I just want to be close to my person. Sometimes I get nervous when someone approaches me too quickly or tries to pick me up in a small space — that’s when I might give a little hiss. I don’t mean it… I just get scared for a second. I’m on a tiny dose of anxiety medicine (my “kitty prozac”), which I eat right in my food, and it helps me feel a lot more relaxed. Because of what happened to me outside, other animals make me stressed and afraid, so I need to be the only kitty in my home. But I promise I’ll make up for it — I have a big personality and so much love to give. I follow my foster mom everywhere and rarely leave her side unless I’m sunbathing. Right now, I’m being fostered in central Florida, but don’t worry — transport can be arranged if my forever family is somewhere else! When the rescue first saved me, I was terrified of everything. Now all I want is someone to love… someone patient, gentle, and kind. If you give me a chance, I’ll give you endless cuddles, constant companionship, and a loyal little shadow for life. Hi friends, it’s me — Jasper 🐾💙 I was just a scruffy little guy wandering the streets of Orlando, in pain and all alone. My jaw hurt so much from a bite that turned into an abscess, and I didn’t know how much longer I could keep going. 😿 One day, a big truck from Orange County Animal Services pulled up, and they scooped me off the streets. I was safe, but still hurting. It wasn’t until the kind folks at United Paws saw me that my life truly started to turn around. They gave me the medical care I needed and helped me through several rounds of antibiotics until I finally began to feel like myself again. 💊✨ Then came the best part: my foster meowmy fell in love with me. She decided I wasn’t going anywhere — and just like that, I became a foster fail! 🎉 Now I have furry brothers and sisters to play with, and a two-legged big brother who gives me cuddles, chin scratches, and makes me feel like his best friend. Hey world, it’s me — Gigi, your newest queen of “rags to riches.” 👑🐾 Once upon a time, I was stuck in a not-so-great part of town (and trust me, it was not up to my standards). Thankfully, a kind human called in the pros at United Paws, and that’s when my glow-up officially began. ✨ First stop: the vet. They checked me out, made sure I was good to go, and let’s just say I impressed everyone with my charm. Then I moved into foster care where I was spoiled like the royalty I am. When that foster had to help another kitty, no problem — another fabulous foster stepped right in, because obviously, I’m worth it. 😼 But here’s the twist… one of the rescue’s rockstar transporters and his wife came to pick me up for a little road trip to my new foster, and BAM 💥 — love at first sight. They didn’t even stand a chance. One look at me and they were like, “Yep, she’s ours.” And honestly? Correct decision. Now I’ve got my own humans wrapped around my paw and a big sister to teach me the ropes of being adored 24/7.
